Where does the name 826Raw come from?

We embarked on our journey over twenty years ago as Skinner Photography. However, when we pivoted to Polo photography, we rebranded ourselves as People of Polo. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we sought new opportunities and briefly operated as VCS Productions. Ultimately, we found our identity as 826Raw (8K-2-6K RAW).

In our shooting process, we utilise a mix of 8K and 6K Raw resolutions, with most of our shoots filmed in 8K. The 8K resolution offers enhanced image quality and intricate, lifelike visuals. It empowers us to crop and reframe shots without sacrificing details. Furthermore, this resolution is particularly advantageous for special effects and action sequences, allowing for larger screen sizes and higher frame rates. Our standard practice is to deliver videos to our clients in 4K resolution unless specified in a different format.
